Build around your schedule. Leave with options.

A campus or part-time job owns your hours and caps what you can earn. This is a phone-based way to pick up skills internships rarely teach, create extra income, and stay in school or training first. The next step is a conversation — a full overview so you can decide if it is a good fit.

Hear from students

Around your schedule

Work between classes, after a shift, or on weekends. You set the hours.

Stay in school first

This fits around your degree, never instead of it.

Resume skills

Sales, communication, and follow-through employers ask about in interviews.

Next step is a conversation

A five-minute call, then a Zoom with all the details. No pressure to decide.

Pre-Flight Check

Why this makes sense while you’re still in school

You don’t have to choose between class, a job, and a paycheck that never moves. This is built to sit beside school, in the nights, weekends, and gaps, not instead of it.

Fits your schedule

No shifts to clock into. Work from your phone between classes, after work, or on weekends, and ease off when exams hit.

Real mentorship

You’re trained by people already flying this route: live sessions, recorded lessons, and a Cabin that answers your questions.

Skills that travel

Communication, follow-through, and leadership. Experience you can talk about in any interview after graduation.

No ceiling set by anyone else

Put it toward books, rent, or loans. Results depend on your effort, skill, and consistency, and no income is promised.

Is It A Fit

A campus job vs. this

Both are honest ways to spend your time. They’re just different.

What this is

  • An independent business you run as a LegalShield Independent Associate
  • Part-time and phone-based, built around your class schedule
  • A team with live training, recorded lessons, and mentors who answer
  • Something you can try, and scale back during exams or breaks

What this is not

  • Not a job offer. There is no salary, hourly wage, or employer
  • Not a promise of income, and not a way to guarantee graduating debt-free
  • Not a replacement for school. Your degree comes first
  • Not something you have to figure out alone
The Aircraft

Fly with a company in the air since 1972

This isn’t a campus startup. LegalShield has offered legal plans for more than 50 years, and today serves over 4.5 million individuals and 140,000 businesses, with IDShield adding identity-theft protection. The app and the infrastructure already exist. What it needs are people, students included, who can share it. Project 41K is the team that trains you to do that well.

  • Runs from the same phone you already carry to class.
  • No inventory, nothing to ship, nothing to store in your dorm.
  • Commissions on the memberships you share, and renewals while members stay. Nothing is guaranteed.

The best way to feel what Project 41K is like is to watch the team together. The highlight lives on the Culture page and opens in a new tab, so this page stays right here when you’re ready to talk through a full overview.

What Fuels the Climb

Everything we do is built on four things: Faith. Family. Finance. Fitness. They’re not separate from the climb — they’re what gets you off the ground, and what keeps you climbing.

Pre-Flight Briefing

Questions students ask

What does it cost?

Every associate starts as a LegalShield member, so you choose one of two packages:

  • Minimum Package: $128.95 due at enrollment, then $54.90/month
  • Platinum Process Package: $203.85 due at enrollment, then $129.80/month

Both include your LegalShield membership, the one-time $99 associate fee, and LegalShield Advantage ($24.95/month after the first month).

How much time does it take?

It’s up to you. Most people start part time, a few hours a week, and fit it around everything else. Live trainings run on Zoom, and every recording is in the team app, so you can catch up between classes or on weekends.

Will this affect school?

It shouldn’t, and if it ever does, school wins. You set your own hours, so you can slow down during midterms and finals and pick back up after. Nobody on this team will ask you to put this ahead of your degree.

How does the invite work?

Request your invite on this page. A team member reviews it, and if it’s approved you’ll get a personal invite code by email. Every code is single-use and expires 72 hours after it’s sent.

What does the first conversation look like?

Someone from the Project 41K team will reach out for a five-minute introduction call. From there we’ll schedule a Zoom presentation that gives you all the information, so you can make an educated decision about whether to move forward.

How much can I earn?

It depends entirely on your own effort, skill, and consistency, and nothing is guaranteed. Many associates earn little or nothing. Read the LegalShield Income Disclosure before you decide.

Clear For Takeoff

Your schedule. Your pace. Your climb.

Request your invite and see what building around school looks like, with no pressure to decide on the first call.

The Next Step

Get the full picture. Then decide.

This page is the short version. The real next step is a conversation with the person who shared it with you: your schedule, your goals, and whether this fits next to school or work. There’s nothing to sign here.

Ask them for a full overview so you can decide if it’s a good fit.
